Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, treatments, services, and appointments at Nail Studio Mila. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and commit to following them. The salon is dedicated to providing professional and high-quality service and expects clients to respect all agreements and house rules.

Services & Appointments

All treatments are performed with care and professionalism. Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours in advance, and rescheduling is possible up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment depending on availability or be asked to reschedule, in which case the full price of the missed appointment will still apply. The salon reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are clearly displayed in the salon. Payments must be made immediately after the treatment via cash or card.

Personal Data & Privacy

Nail Studio Mila respects client privacy and processes all personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies before treatment to ensure safety and proper care.

Liability

The salon is not responsible for any harm resulting from undisclosed medical or allergic conditions. Additionally, Nail Studio Mila is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the salon.

Guarantee & Aftercare

BIAB treatments include a 10-day guarantee against lifting, chipping, or damage under normal conditions, while gel polish treatments have a 5-day guarantee. Refunds cannot be offered for treatments already carried out. The guarantee does not cover misuse, nail biting, exposure to harsh chemicals, using nails as tools, or improper aftercare. To maintain results, it is advised to apply cuticle oil daily and avoid excessive force on the nails.

Salon Etiquette

Clients are expected to behave respectfully within the salon. Inappropriate behavior or repeated violations of salon policies may result in refusal of future services. For safety reasons, it is not possible to bring extra guests to the appointment.

Complaints & Disputes

Complaints regarding a treatment must be submitted in writing or via email within 5 business days. The salon will review the complaint and provide a suitable response within 5 business days.

Governing Law

All agreements are subject to Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
