Booking Policy
We prioritize quality, care, and a smooth experience for all clients. To ensure this, please review our booking policy before scheduling an appointment.
All appointments must be booked in advance through Salonized or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, please do before 6 hours in advance or if you want to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may result in a lost deposit or a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up without notice may need to prepay for future bookings.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to stay on schedule. Late arrivals may result in a canceled appointment without a deposit refund. To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask clients to come alone unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless you have booked a removal service. After your appointment, following our aftercare advice will help maintain your nails' longevity. Payment can be made via Salonized, and the remaining balance (after deposit) must be paid in full at the end of your appointment.
