If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust or cancel your service to stay on schedule.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues within a few days, please contact us, and we will assess how to help.
We do offer guarantee on nails.
Guarantee:
- Gel Polish: 5 days
- BIAB: 10 days
Our studio is designed to be a relaxing space, so we kindly ask clients to ask us if it’s okay in advance.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This ensures commitment from both sides and helps avoid last-minute cancellations.
The deposit amount depends on the service booked. The exact details will be provided during the booking process.
Deposits can be paid at the time of booking on Salonized.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment. However, if you reschedule at least 6 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed and may be given to another client.

Gel polish is a thin, flexible layer of color, while BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) is a stronger gel that adds structure and helps grow natural nails.
- Gel Polish: 3 weeks
- BIAB: 3-4 weeks
- Nail art: Longevity depends on the base of the product (gel or BIAB).
No, we specialise in Gel Polish or BIAB, as these are healthier alternatives for your natural nails.
A manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, hydration, and optional Gel Polish or BIAB application.

- Avoid excessive water exposure (wear gloves for cleaning).
- Use cuticle oil daily to keep nails hydrated.
- Don’t use your nails as tools to avoid lifting or breakage.
It’s best to book a professional removal service to avoid damaging your nails. If needed, you can soak them in acetone, but never peel or force them off.
